Our programs have supported children living in Singapore since 2014 who fall into any one of the following categories:
Receiving support from MSF (Ministry of Social and Family)
Receiving support from FSC (Family Service Center)
Receiving support from social worker or referral from a social worker / other social service organisation
Receiving support from the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund
Residing in a rental flat
Under MOE criteria of: a gross household income of less than $3,000 per month OR a per capita income of less than $750 for larger families
